Rosmedics Practice Office Policy

1. Our Ethos

At Rosmedics, we believe health is not just the absence of illness, but a vibrant state of wellness in body, mind, and community. We operate on the principles of kindness, evidence-based practice, sustainability, and accessibility for all.


2. Office Hours & Appointments

  • Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm Every other Saturday 10am-1pm
  • Appointments: By booking only. Same-day urgent appointments available for acute issues.
  • Cancellations: Minimum 24 hours’ notice. Repeated no-shows will  lead to charges  and limited booking access.

3. Communication

  • Phone & Email: We aim to respond within 1 working day.
  • Respect: We treat everyone with courtesy and expect the same in return. Aggressive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

4. Confidentiality & Records

  • Patient data is stored securely in line with GDPR.
  • Information will not be shared without written consent, except where legally required.

5. Fees & Payment

  • Transparent pricing. All charges are discussed before treatment.
  • Payment is due at time of service.
  • We accept card, bank transfer.

6. Wellness-Focused Care

  • We use the WHiL™ 7-Principal model in all consultations.
  • Preventive care, lifestyle change, and mental wellbeing are prioritised alongside conventional medicine.

7. Sustainability

  • We minimise single-use plastic, paper, and energy waste.
  • Digital paperwork preferred.
  • Partnering with local green initiatives to promote health and planet wellness.

8. Feedback & Complaints

  • We welcome feedback to improve our services.
  • Formal complaints can be submitted via email and will be acknowledged within 48 hours.
